ALEX: That's a feature of the program.

CUSTOMER: You guys did that on purpose?

ALEX: Yes we did. We wanted to make it easier for our customers to exit the program. Our R&D department has created an intuitive software product that allows single-step solutions for multi-step problems.

CUSTOMER: But I don't want to exit the program.
