SCOTT: So essentially, my job is not necessarily to solve a customers problem, but to make the customer feel that what they think is a problem really isn't a problem, and that they're wasting my time and theirs.

SCOTT: We're not really here to help -- we're here to dodge, evade, and make the customers feel like all our shoddy code and incompetent designs are their fault!
