CUSTOMER: Why are you advertising that you have OS/2 drivers on the box, when you claim that you're not even finished making them yet?

ALEX: We fully intended to include OS/2 drivers, but we didn't anticipate the length of time it would take.

CUSTOMER: But if they're listed as "included" on the box, why are you requiring that we pay EXTRA ort hem once they're finished?

ALEX: To offset the cost of development to provide the added functionality.

CUSTOMER: "Added functionality?"

ALEX: You know. To make it work.
