ALEX: All of our hardware people have more than enough expertise to fix your problem. We require all our tech support staff to be Dynamic Ubersoft Network Certified Engineers, which is our highest level of certification.

(Pause.)

CUSTOMER: "DUNCE?"

ALEX: We prefer not to use the acronym.
