CUSTOMER: Hello Ubersoft? I'm at my wits end. My Nifty Doorways O/S is still crashing every three hours. Isn't there anything you can do about it?

ALEX: OK. I'll fix it for you, but promise me you won't tell anyone.

ALEX: Go into "My Computer" then double-click on the "Crash" icon. Uncheck the box that says "Crash every three hours."

CUSTOMER: You can't be serious.

ALEX: If you upgrade to Nifty Doorways 2000, the default is to leave the box unchecked.
