VIKTOR SCHRECK: Well, the psychiatrists we hired think they know what's going on. Apparently, our employees need a better role model.
BOSS: WHAT???
VIKTOR SCHRECK: According to the doctors, it's very difficult to maintain a constant level of amorality without a standard with which to measure it. So without a "role model" who exhibits a very strong level of sincerity, honesty and ethics, our employees don't know what impulses to follow and what impulses to suppress.
BOSS: You're telling me that our lack of morality is breeding morality?
VIKTOR SCHRECK: It's one of the pitfalls of success.
