MONK: Mark, Alex tells me that you have a sound card and have been storing MP3s on your hard drive.

ALEX: And Monk seems to feel there are probably other interesting things about your computer that we don't know about.

MONK: Now we certainly don't have a problem with employees skirting company policy... we do it all the time.

ALEX: But as your support techs we require a thorough rundown of every single cool and unauthorized piece of software and hardware on your machine.

MONK: We certainly don't intend to be a bother.

ALEX: But if you don't cooperate we're going to have to start doing things to your information on the employee database.

MONK: (Thinking) Good tech, bad tech.
