ALEX: So what are you doing with all the names you've collected?
ALICE: We've already completed Phase One, and are moving to Phase Two.
ALICE: In Phase One, we put all the names and addresses into a huge database, which automatically generates and sends out junk mail these people. It reads "You may already be in violation of your software license" on the envelope and contains information about the evils of buying empty computers inside. Next, we have marketing drones call them every three or four days until they break down and buy a copy of Nifty Doorways. If none of that works, we start threatening to sue.
ALEX: Yikes. I almost feel sorry for them.
MARK: hey guys, I got the weirdest letter from Ubersoft yesterday...
