ALEX: Hello there. We, the characters of Help Desk the Comic Strip, would like to apologize for the sporadic nature of our updates of late.

MONK: Yeah.

MARK: That's right.

ALEX: Our cartoonist has been having a slew of hardware and software problems. So many problems, in fact, that he's decided to interrupt the existing storyline in order to explain what, exactly those problems are.

MONK: Yeah.

MARK: That's right.

ALEX: So everything that has happened to him over the last few months will happen to Mark, and we'll get to watch him slowly go insane.

MONK: Yeah.

MARK: That's ri- wait.
