SCOTT: I heard management talking about something kind of funny today.

ALEX: Uh-huh.

SCOTT: Well, you know, with the job market as bad as it is, apparently some people are going to extreme length to get a job.

ALEX: Extreme?

SCOTT: Yeah. Apparently, one guy even offered to work for free -- at least, offered to be paid only in stock options, which are right about useless these days.

ALEX: Are you serious?

SCOTT: Yeah.

ALEX: No salary at all?

SCOTT: Nope.

ALEX: That's insane.

SCOTT: That's what I'd call it. Management, however, is calling it "breathtakingly innovative."

ALEX: Uh-oh...
