CUSTOMER: That's IT. Of all the hare-brained, unbelievably offensive things to go and do... I thought I'd seen them all, but this just DEFIES THE IMAGINATION. You people have NO shame at all WHATSOEVER.

(CUSTOMER hangs up.)

(Phone rings.)

ALEX: Hello, this is --

CUSTOMER: In all my years as a customer, I have NEVER believed that you were capable of THIS. THIS! How dare you stoop to this level, after all these years! How dare you?

ALEX: What seems to be the nature of the --

(CUSTOMER hangs up.)

(Phone rings.)

ALEX (Thinking): Guess they released a new version of something over the weekend.
