ALEX: What?

ALICE: We expect an influx of irate customers calling in, and we'll need your department to calm them down.

ALEX: What did we do this time?

ALICE: We may have inadvertently allowed identity thieves to make off with personal data collected on 140,000 people.

(Silence.)

ALICE: We didn't mean to.

ALEX: I may be out of the country for the next few months.
