ALEX: Ubersoft Technical Support. Alex speaking.
CUSTOMER: Hello... I seem to be having trouble with my Ubermail account. I have the "block mail rated as spam" setting turned on in my account settings, but it doesn't seem to be blocking any spam coming from Ubersoft.
ALEX: Ubersoft doesn't send spam. We occasionally send official system updates, which youa greed to receive on your terms of service.
CUSTOMER: This isn't a system update.
ALEX: When you agreed to the terms of service you also agreed to abide by any definitions we provided when it came to terminology associated with your software.
CUSTOMER: I did?
ALEX: Yes you did.
CUSTOMER: I hate when I do that.
ALEX: I'm currently defining "hate" as "ultimately I'm OK with this."
