CUSTOMER: Hi, um... I'm a frequent critic of your company, and I need a little help...

ALEX: This should be interesting.

CUSTOMER: Well... OK, assuming that you guys have a point,a nd that our criticism of the Conquistador Beta's lack of support for the full CSS-2 standard isn't entirely fair... can you suggest anything we could criticize that's, you know, completely fair game?

(Silence.)

ALEX: we're not requiring all our customers to prove their software isn't pirated before they download non-critical updates.
