ALEX: Binky was left out of Nifty Doorways Verandah because he didn't mesh well with the overall theme... but we can't fire him, so we had to give him something to do. The Boss thought he would be perfect at Tech Support.

BINKY: This is going to be neat!

ALEX: Of course, by "perfect" the Boss meant "capable of causing considerable psychological damage."
