ANDY (GOOGLE DEVELOPER): You've got us all wrong, Scott. Google is very commited to not being evil -- unfortunately, in order to compete in this market we've been forced to make some concessions to reality.
SCOTT: Concessions?
ANDY: That's right. We don't WANT to do these things, but we're forced to in order to stay in the game. We try to minimize our involvement in these less-than-noble activities in order ot remain competitive, and hopefully to make the entire industry a little better as a result.
SCOTT: So you only use the occult to develop software because market forces drove you to it?
ANDY: No, we've always done that.

Your "art style" combined to your difficulties to update consistently make it damn near impossible to notice when you have actually updated.
Still funny tough.
Heh.
But since moving to this server I've updated every day, M-F!
So far.
Oh, you mean at the same time?
Hm. That's not going to be possible. I guess I'll have to learn to draw instead. ;-)
No way!
If you learned how to draw, it might ruin the whole thing!
Seriously, yours is the only comic strip that:
1. I have read from the first to the last. (Bless archives!)
2. That I read on a regular basis.
3. That I send friends to see and admire.
I am amazed at how much wit and insight is shown on a regular basis.
You are to comic strips what "The West Wing" was to TV. (Even though your characters don't walk and talk at the same time!)
Many thanks for all the enjoyment you have given me over the years.
Please, keep up the good work...
Note to self:
"create satellite-launched mind-control ray that turns all internet users into David Nale."
Hardly!
The West Wing was elaborately filmed well dressed people making snarky comments to each other in the halls of power. HelpDesk is primitively drawn badly dressed geeks making snarky comments to each other in the land of cube farms.
No comparison.
A question of parentage...
Christopher, have you had a DNA test to determine whether that nay-sayer who bad mouths your work is REALLY related to you?
ArtistsDad: You say that the two can not be compared... Guess what.... you just did!
