...there's a much easier solution here. Place Viktor on an 'administrative leave of undefined length', then have Adalai handle the /plaintiff/'s side of the case. Of course, that wouldn't be nearly as funny or as confusing.

Would not the defense team attempt to bribe the plaintiff's attorney, or the judge, to drop the case? The defense has no case to drop.
