BOSS: Alex! I demand that you immediately explain what a "Blog" is.

ALEX: It's a website that someone uses to post about... things.

BOSS: What kind of things?

ALEX: Anything they want. Stuff.

BOSS: Personal feelings? Important life events?

ALEX: Sure.

BOSS: Political commentary? Current events?

ALEX: If that's what they feel like doing.

BOSS: So "Blogging" is essentially a name given to anything that is poorly defined and vaguely trendy.

ALEX: No, that's "Web 2.0."
