Comic Transcript
THE BOSS: I have assembled this meeting to discuss the latest threat that plagues my empire. To wit, McFoodStuffs has patented the method for creating a sandwich.
(Silence.)
PHIL: Do we actually sell any sandwiches?
SHEILA: I don't think so.
ALICE: Is there any way our software packaging methods might infringe on that patent?
SKIP: No, I doubt it.
(Silence.)
ALICE: We can't find any evidence of infringement within Ubersoft. We don't think that patent applies to us at all.
BOSS: So you believe they will sue.
ALICE: Probably.

Personally, I prefer McFoodstuffs. Just to throw in my 2 cents there.
